The SeaStar Pro Kevlar hose kit supplies two 18 ft (5.49 m) hydraulic steering hoses, helping you route both steering lines with the correct matched length. Each hose has factory-fitted end connections for the specified system.

Selecting and fitting the kit

Measure the hose route using the steering-system manufacturer instructions and allow the specified clearance for engine travel. Confirm the helm, cylinder and fitting connections before ordering. Use Pro hose where the installation specifies SeaStar Pro; do not substitute a standard hose kit. Do not use these hoses as a substitute for a different hose series or a bulkhead kit. Install the bend-restrictor ends at the cylinder as instructed, then fill, bleed and check the steering system using the manufacturer procedure.
