The SeaStar PA1200-3 adds powered assistance to a compatible hydraulic steering system, reducing steering effort in demanding marine applications.
How it operates
Installed between the helm and steering cylinder, its electronically controlled gear pump amplifies the hydraulic flow commanded by the helm. Assistance responds proportionally to wheel movement and returns to low standby demand when steering input stops.
