Aqualung Helix Compact Pro DIN 300 Bar Regulator with Octo is built around the idea that compact size does not mean compromised performance. As the smallest and most compact regulator Aqualung has produced, the Aqualung Helix Compact Pro DIN 300 Bar Regulator delivers high-level performance in a lightweight, travel-ready package. Designed for use in both warm and cold water, it is well suited to travelling divers, minimalists packing light, and local divers who want strong performance with minimal bulk. This configuration includes an octopus, making it a complete and practical regulator setup.

The first stage is engineered with reduced size and weight, making it ideal for travel. An Auto-Closure Device (ACD) automatically closes the first-stage inlet when the regulator is removed from the cylinder valve, helping prevent corrosive water from entering and protecting internal lubrication from washing away. The regulator is available in both yoke and DIN versions, with the DIN configuration supporting 300 bar (4,350 psi) cylinders.

The first stage features 2 HP ports (7/16”) and 4 MP ports (3/8”), arranged in a “T” shape to allow streamlined hose positioning. This layout helps reduce exhalation effort and directs bubbles away from the diver’s field of view. A braided hose is included, offering flexibility, comfort, and improved transportability. The use of standard Aqualung components ensures easier servicing by local dive shops.

The second stage is pneumatically balanced, supporting smooth and easy breathing. Breathing performance can be adjusted using the “Mini/Maxi” adjustment knob, allowing the diver to increase opening effort to help avoid freeflow at the surface or decrease inhalation effort to reduce the work of breathing. An in-line ergonomic Venturi knob allows for precise airflow adjustments, even when wearing gloves. Comfort is enhanced by the Comfo-Bite mouthpiece, which is soft yet durable and designed with a palate bridge to help reduce jaw fatigue.
