Connelly Cadet Junior Trainer Combo Skis are purpose-built to help young, first-time skiers learn safely, confidently, and—most importantly—have fun on the water. Designed specifically for junior riders, the Cadet Trainer Skis focus on stability, control, and ease of learning, giving children a positive first experience with waterskiing. Every element of the design works together to reduce frustration and build confidence from the very first deep-water start.

At the core of the Cadet system is the removable stabilizer bar with a direct rope attachment. This stabilizer keeps both skis aligned at the front and back, preventing unwanted separation while also reducing the load placed on the child during starts. By keeping the skis steady and tracking straight, young skiers can focus on balance and posture rather than fighting unstable skis. As skills improve, the stabilizer bar can be removed to allow progression toward independent skiing.

The included two-handle Cadet rope allows an adult to safely control the pull from the boat, making it easier to manage speed and assist with balance during the learning phase. In the event of a fall, the safety-focused design allows the child to simply let go, adding peace of mind for both parents and instructors.
