Choose a pair of 6 m or 8 m preassembled hydraulic hoses for a compatible Ultraflex 70 bar steering system. Match the hose route and fittings.
Description
Connect a correctly specified standard-pressure hydraulic steering installation with a matched pair of Ultraflex KIT OB hoses. Choose 6 m or 8 m to suit the measured route between the helm and cylinder.
The prepared hose set uses pre-crimped brass fittings, with bend restrictors at one end. Selecting the correct length before ordering helps you plan the run and movement allowance.
- KIT OB-60: two 6 m hoses; manufacturer reference 40749P
- KIT OB-80: two 8 m hoses; manufacturer reference 40855N
- For compatible Ultraflex standard helms with 70 bar/1000 psi relief valves
- Hose kit only; helm, cylinder, oil and mounting accessories are separate
Confirm the complete hose route, connections and installation requirements with a qualified marine installer. For SilverSteer or MasterDrive systems, use the specified KIT OB-SVS hose family instead of standard KIT OB.
