The Apeks XTX50 Sidemount Regulator Set Complete has been purpose-built to meet the growing global demand for dedicated sidemount diving equipment. As sidemount diving continues to gain popularity for its flexibility, redundancy, and streamlined configuration, Apeks delivers a comprehensive regulator kit that includes all the essential components required to complete a functional and well-balanced sidemount breathing system. This kit removes the guesswork from setup by supplying correctly matched hardware, hose lengths, and accessories, ensuring compatibility and performance straight out of the bag.

At the core of the system are two award-winning Apeks XTX50 DIN regulators, each fitted with five-port swivel turrets. These rotating turrets provide exceptional hose routing flexibility, which is critical in sidemount configurations where clean hose management directly impacts comfort, accessibility, and streamlining. The kit includes one XTX50 configured with an 83” / 210 cm hose and the second fitted with a 24” / 60 cm hose, allowing divers to set up a standard sidemount long-hose and short-hose configuration without the need for additional components.

To further support buoyancy and exposure protection systems, the kit includes two custom-length medium-pressure inflation hoses, each measuring 250 mm (10 inches). These hoses are intended for use with a buoyancy system and a drysuit, contributing to a tidy and efficient sidemount layout. Monitoring gas supply is handled via two brass pressure gauges, each supplied with a 6-inch hose and available in both metric and imperial formats, ensuring clear and reliable pressure readings.

Additional accessories included in the kit support proper regulator positioning and comfort. A 90-degree elbow fitting improves hose alignment, while a bungee necklace allows secure and accessible placement of the backup regulator. A stainless steel clip provides secure attachment points, and two sets of short exhaust ports are included to optimise regulator positioning and bubble management in a sidemount configuration. All components are supplied in a dedicated regulator bag for organised storage and transport, along with a setup illustration, CD manual, and quick start guide to assist with correct assembly and configuration.
