Aqualung Helix Compact DIN 300Bar Regulator is designed for divers who want to save space and weight without giving up the comfort and performance of a full-sized regulator. The Helix Compact was developed with travel in mind, resulting in a regulator that is small and light enough to be barely noticeable, while still delivering smooth breathing and dependable function. It is well suited to divers who prioritise easy packing and streamlined equipment.

The compact size and reduced weight make this regulator an excellent option for frequent travellers. Despite its smaller footprint, the Helix Compact maintains the advantages expected from a full-sized regulator. It is available in both yoke and DIN configurations, with the DIN version supporting 300 bar (4,350 psi) cylinders. The first stage is designed with 2 HP ports (7/16″) and 4 MP ports (3/8″), arranged in a “T” shape to support clean hose routing. This port orientation helps reduce exhalation effort and directs bubbles away from the diver’s field of view.

A braided hose is included to enhance flexibility and comfort while also improving transportability. The use of standard Aqualung components means servicing is simplified, allowing local dive centres to maintain the regulator more easily.

The second stage is pneumatically balanced, supporting smooth and easy breathing throughout the dive. Comfort is further enhanced with the Comfo-Bite mouthpiece, which is designed to be soft yet durable and features a palate bridge to help reduce jaw fatigue. The Aqualung Helix Compact DIN 300Bar Regulator also includes a “Mini/Maxi” adjustment knob, allowing the diver to increase opening effort to help avoid freeflow at the surface or reduce inhalation effort to decrease the work of breathing underwater.
