The Jabsco 12V Par Max 2 Pressure-Controlled Pump is a reliable and compact solution for marine freshwater systems where steady flow and quiet operation are essential. Designed to serve two or more outlets simultaneously, this pump is ideal for smaller vessels requiring efficient water delivery to sinks, heads, showers, and other freshwater fixtures. Operating on a 12V DC supply, the Par Max 2 delivers an open flow rate of up to 7.6 litres per minute (2 gallons per minute), providing sufficient water flow for daily onboard use without consuming excessive power. The pump incorporates an integrated pressure switch that cuts in at 1.7 bar (25 psi) and cuts out at 2.4 bar (35 psi), ensuring consistent water pressure while protecting plumbing and appliances from overpressure.

Constructed with a durable multi-diaphragm design, the pump is capable of self-priming up to 3 metres (10 ft) of vertical lift, giving flexibility for installation even above the water source. The diaphragm design also allows the pump to run dry without damage, offering protection in case of temporary water shortages or intermittent use.

To enhance comfort and smooth operation, the Par Max 2 includes an integrated bypass feature that reduces cycling and provides quiet, consistent water flow. Quiet running is further supported by the efficient motor design. The pump comes supplied with 2 x 1/2″ (13mm) straight hose barbs for straightforward connection, and it is compatible with Hep20 push-fit connections using CW193W in combination with the appropriate fittings. Additional snap-in ports are available for other hose configurations.

The motor is protected by an automatic thermal overload cut-out, safeguarding the pump against overheating and ensuring long-term reliability in demanding marine environments. This makes it a dependable choice for both leisure and commercial vessels.
